增液承气汤加减治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀便秘疗效研究

Curative Effect of Zengye Chengqi Decoction on Treating Bloating Constipation after Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

目的:观察增液承气汤加减治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取本院自2015年4月—2016年5月收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折并发腹胀便秘的患者共150例,按双盲法随机分为对照组及治疗组,治疗组78例、对照组72例。在常规医疗护理的基础上,对照组采用口服吗丁啉(多潘立酮片)治疗,治疗组采用服用增液承气汤加减煎剂治疗。结果:对照组和治疗组肛门排气总正常率分别为55.6%、84.6%,临床通便疗效总有效率分别为62.5%、91.0%,两组之间比较均P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:服用增液承气汤加减可通过改善肛门排气、大便性状明显改善胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者胃肠道功能障碍症状,且其临床疗效优于单纯西药常规治疗,能较快、较好地恢复胃肠功能。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Zengye Chengqi Decoction on treating after bloating constipation thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods：Selecting the hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were treated thoracolumbar compression fractures in patients with bloating constipation concurrent total of 150 cases,according to a double-blind randomized into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group 78 cases,control group 72 cases. On the basis of conventional therapy,the control group with oral domperidone treatment,the treatment group taking Zengye Chengqi Decoction. Results：In control group and treatment group flatus total noyrmal rates were 55.6%,84.6%,total effective rate 62.5%,91.0%. Between the two groups,P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion：Taking Zengye Chengqi Decoction can improve flatus,stool improved thoracolumbar compression fractures in patients with symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction and its clinical efficacy is better than conventional Western medicine treatment,it can be faster,better recovery of gastrointestinal function.
