溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种慢性复发性、难治性的炎症肠道疾病,黏膜呈弥漫性炎症,其发病率在我国呈逐渐上升趋势,而其发病原因和发病机制仍不明确,治疗手段也相当局限,目前国际上认为UC发病主要和遗传、免疫、饮食等因素有关,该文将进一步探讨UC发病原因和发病机理的认识,以及从中医角度思考UC发病因素,提供诊疗思路及新的方法。

Ulcerative colitis is a chronic relapsing,refractory inflammatory bowel and diffuse mucosal inflammation disease,its incidence is increasing in China,but its etiology and pathogenesis are still not clear,the treatment is also quite limited. At present,the international mainstream view is that there is a correlation between the occurrence of ulcerative colitis and the factors of etiology,genetic,immune,diet etc. This article will further discuss the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,and think about the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of the article is to provide new ideas and methods for diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis.
