中医特色护理技术耳穴压豆干预控制肝火亢盛型高血压临床研究

Clinical Research of TCM Nursing Technology of Auricular Plaster Therapy Intervention to Control Anger Hyperactivity Type Hypertension

目的:探讨中医特色护理技术耳穴压豆干预控制肝火亢盛型高血压患者时对于其血压值的影响。方法:选取我院2013年10月—2014年10月间收治的中医辨证分型为肝火亢盛型高血压(HBP)患者160例作为实验对象,随机将这些患者分成2组,即对照组(Control group,CG组)患者80例行常规西医治疗,观察组(Observation group,OG组)患者80例在常规治疗基础上行耳穴压豆干预控制,实时检测两组患者的血压值变化,观察两组患者的症状表现改善状况。结果:治疗4个疗程,CG组和OG组患者的血压值(SBP/DBP)均显著下降,与治疗前数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);OG组干预总有效率为91.25%,对照组为80.0%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用耳穴压豆干预控制方法治疗肝火亢盛型高血压效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology-ear pressure beans intervention to control anger hyperactivity type hypertension patients when the effects on the blood pressure value. Methods：Selected in our hospital between October 2013—October 2014 from the Chinese medicine dialectical typing for anger hyperactivity type of hypertension（HBP）of patients with 160 cases as the experimental objects,randomly divided these patients into two groups,control group（CG group）,80 patients with routine Western medicine treatment observed group（group OG）in patients with 80 cases in the conventional treatment based uplink ear pressure beans intervention control,real-time detection of two groups of patients with blood pressure changes observed symptoms of the two groups of patients to improve the situation. Results：Four courses of treatment,value of CG and og patients blood pressure（SBP/DBP）were significantly decreased,and compared with those before the treatment the difference significant（P〈0.05）;intervention group og total efficiency was 91.25%,80.0% in the control group,the difference of data was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of auricular plaster therapy intervention to control anger hyperactivity type hypertension has significant effect,is worth popularizing.
