外科手术后卧床患者急性尿潴留中医护理临床研究

Clinical Study of Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients with Acute Urinary Retention after Surgical Operation

目的:观察中医护理缓解外科手术后急性尿潴留患者的疗效。方法:纳入因外科手术术后卧床恢复期患者76例,按照完全随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理及导尿术。观察组在卧床期间给予中医护理促进排尿。结果:两组组间比较排尿评分结果存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理能够缓解急性尿潴留患者,且操作简易,安全有效,不良反应低,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of TCM nursing in the treatment of acute urinary retention after surgical operation. Methods：76 cases of patients with postoperative recovery in bed after surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and catheterization. The observation group was given TCM nursing during the bed in bed to promote urination. Results：There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM nursing can relieve the acute urinary retention,and the operation is simple,safe and effective,with low adverse reactions,which has a certain clinical value.
