摘要
本文通过对我国当下劳动关系制度研究的反思,提出过往研究缺乏将制度置于具体的社会情境与历史变迁的过程中进行考察,这样导致了从结构功能主义视角僵化地分析制度,以及把制度作为理性选择结果的误判。而历史制度主义的相关理论为克服这一缺陷提供了有益的理论洞见。因此,未来我国劳动关系制度研究应站在历史制度主义的视角,提出新的研究问题。
In this paper, through re-thinking the current studies on labor relations institutions, we argue that previous researches in China take more static perspective in analysing labour relations institutions based on the assumption of rationale person. It is because these researches did not embed institutions within historical and social context. However, theories from the view of historical institutinnalism offers a good insight to address the problem. Therefore, the new research questions should be raised from the view of historical institutionalism.
