辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是高校开展学生思想政治教育和德育工作的主力军和有生力量。本文针对目前高等学校辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题和现状进行分析,旨在提出加强高校辅导员队伍建设的措施,明确高校辅导员工作的思路,对于新形势下高校辅导员队伍建设工作尽一份绵薄之力。

The counselor is an important part of higher school teachers and management team, as well as the main force in the ideological and political work and the moral education. This paper analyzes the problem in the construction of college counselor team, aims to put forward some measures to improve the counselor team, clear the work direction.
