摘要 在互联网时代大背景下,高校英语教育迎来了新的机遇与挑战。高校教师作为大学英语教育的领路者应承担起教育的重担,正确的认知自我能力,充分发挥自我效能,准确定位自我形象。借助互联网不断加强教师自我培训,提升大学英语教师综合水平,开发教师自我潜能,以此不断地提升高校英语教学质量。 Under the background of the Internet era, English education in colleges and universities has a new opportunity and challenge. Teachers as guides of College English education should bear the burden of education, correct self cognition ability, give full play to the role of self efficacy, accurate positioning of self image. With the help of the Internet, teachers' self training, improving the comprehensive level of College English teachers, and the development of teachers' self potential, to improve the quality of English Teaching in colleges and universities.
