“一带一路”战略背景下中医药国际化区域合作的路径选择与策略优化

Studying on the Path Selection and Optimization Strategy of Regional Cooperation in the Internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

在中国国际区域化发展战略下,中医药走出去成为历史必然。中医药走向"一带一路"国家和地区面临由文化、制度、经济、地理以及管理所形成的诸多困难。面对困境首先需要借鉴历史经验和国际经验,针对不同文化类型的国家和地区进行路径选择。在选择好路径的基础上,运用复杂适应系统理论克服不同国家、地区的文化壁垒,发挥中医药的特色与优势,进行中医药国际区域合作创新。最后将中医药健康服务技术与"一带一路"国家和地区的医疗卫生资源相融合,成为当地医疗卫生机构共同防治流行病、慢性病、老年病等方面的重要力量。

It is inevitable for the internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the strategy of Chinese interna- tional regional development, which has many difficulties caused by culture, system, economy, geography and management in path selection needs to be implemented for different countries and regions by drawing on the historical and international experiences. Based on which, it is suggested to overcome the cultural barriers of different countries and regions by using complex adaptive system theory, exert the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine, implement international cooperation and innovation, and combine the health service technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and ＂The Belt and Road＂ countries and regions to control the epidemic, chronic and senile diseases.
