摘要
护理是女性主导的职业,男性执业过程中面临的性别刻板印象影响男护士的发展,本文从历史背景出发,详述性别印象下男性面临的机遇与挑战、分析出现的问题并提出干预的策略,为护理事业的和谐发展提供理论依据。
Nursing is a female-dominated profession. Men confront gender stereotypes in the process of practicing. This affects the development of male nurses. From the historical background, detailing the opportunities and challenges under the impression which facing by men, analyzing problems and propose intervention strategies. Provide a theoretical basis for the harmonious development of the nursing profession.
