目的:剖析我国中药法律监管中存在的问题及其原因。方法:从立法、监管力度、质量标准体系、中药从业人员4个方面剖析中药法律监管中存在问题的原因。结果:通过对中药法律监管中存在问题的原因剖析,有助于监管部门采取有针对性的措施完善中药监管法律体系,从而保障人民的用药安全和促进中药事业的有序发展。

Objective To analyze problems and its reasons of legal regulation system of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Discussion on the problems and reasons in perspective of legislation, supervision, quality standard system, and the overall level of practitioners. Results Analysis on problems and its reasons of the legal supervision system of traditional Chinese medicine, is helpful for the regulatory agency to take appropriate measures to perfect the legal regulation mechanism, and to guarantee the safety of the public drug use and promote the heahhydevelopment of traditional Chinese medicine.
