Reflecting on the reform of Chinese modernization of education in the hundreds of years, we deeply realize that the sustainable development of the modernization of education must follow the historical rhythm of of social change during the particular period and set up open and understanding international vision, adhere to the local root position based on thenational conditions and the innovational courage taking root in practice, to grasp the value emphasis of the dynamic change of education modernization and advocate the ＂peopl-oriented＂ value return. As the forefront of modern school education reformation, ＂Shanghai education experience＂ and the deep cultural deposits of Overseas Education behind it are worth to do more in-depth case analysis for us, in order to probe the inner drive of the success of the modernization of education reform further from the regional cultural dimension.
