摘要
初中生对于他们熟悉的班级事务中公平问题的思考,往往具有哲学意味。通过与三名初三学生的两次对谈显示,在他们心目中,班级排座位的公平之道在于同等对待同班同学,区别对待不同身高的同学,优待近视和重听同学以及为班级座位安排做出特殊牺牲或贡献的同学。他们的公平判断与现代正义论中有关公共资源分配的公平原则基本一致。
This is a report about two conversations with three middle school students. In theiropinion, equity in seats arrangement means to treat all classmates equally, to treat classmates of varying heights differently, and to treat those who are hard of seeing or hearing and who have contributed or sacrificed themselves for the seats arrangement preferentially. Their judgement about equity is largely consistent with the equity principles concerning distribution of the public resources emphasized in modern theory of justice.
