摘要
在跨境电商成为外贸行业新的增长点的形势下。外贸公司急需高素质、技能型跨境电商业务员。在面向外贸行业培养跨境电商业务员的教学中,高职院校缺乏适用于高职学生的实训类教材,已出版的教材往往存在忽视职业素质培养,教材开发主体“缺失”与“缺位”等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了利用CDIO理念开发应用跨境电商运营教材的对策,提出建立校企合作开发与评价教材的长效机制,突出以实操平台为依托、以工作任务驱动为导向的实训教材特色,融合职业技能与职业素质培养,树立学生的职业道德和创新创业意识。
When Cross-border E-commerce has become a new growth point in foreign trade industry, foreign trade companies need high-quality and skilled operators for increasing cross-border E-commerce business. In training cross-border E-commerce operators, higher vocational colleges usually lack appropriate training books and teaching materials. One problem is that published textbooks often neglect building professional qualities of operators; the other is that they are not designed by expertised teachers, course developers from colleges, together with professionals, experts from foreign trade companies and industry. To solve these problems, the paper recommends applying CDIO concept to design cross-border E-commerce textbooks, setting up a long-term and effective system for school- enterprise cooperation, emphasizing practical training in designing work-driven and practice platformsupported training programmes, combining vocational skill training and vocational quality building, and fostering students'professional ethics and innovation consciousness.
