On the Occurrence,Development and Future Trend of Ideological and Political Education

将思想政治教育这种社会现象放到人类历史的全程中,作大尺度的历史性考察,可以发现,思想政治教育并不为阶级社会所独有,它的起源可以追溯到阶级社会产生以前。早在原始社会,思想政治教育就已经萌芽和产生,只是当时这一活动具有典型的自发性,还不具备阶级属性,集中体现为"教育性"与"思想性"特征。到了阶级社会,思想政治教育得到了前所未有的发展、巩固与强化,其目的性、计划性、组织性不断提高,其政治性功能凸显。而当阶级与阶级社会彻底消亡,思想政治教育这一活动的阶级属性也会随之消失。在共产主义社会,思想政治教育表现为高度的自觉性,并在思想疏导、文化传承、关系协调、公共管理、社会治理等方面发挥重要作用。从本质上来看,思想政治教育是一种与人类社会的历史始终相伴随的现象。

If we put the ideological and political education in the whole of human history, we can find that the ideological and political education is not unique only to the class society. Its ori- gin can be traced back to the primitive society before the class society was born. In the class socie- ty, the ideological and political education has been developed, consolidated and strengthened. Its aim, plan and organization are continuously improved. Its political function highlighted. But when the class and the class society completely vanish, the class attribute of the ideological and political education will disappear as well. In essence, ideological and political education is a phenomenon that is always accompanied with the history of human society.
