双针床经编机成圈机构建模与运动仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对国产双针床经编机缺乏成圈系统的动力学研究,存在运动平稳性相对不高的问题,对双针床经编机成圈机构进行建模仿真分析。基于成圈机构的结构特点与运动情况,采用弹性动力学分析方法,利用Solid Works建立成圈机构实体模型,结合Ansys有限元分析技术,对成圈机构进行机构分析与运动仿真,得到舌针连杆机构的位移、速度和加速度运动曲线,并通过高速摄像技术进行测试验证。结果表明,实测的舌针运动曲线变化情况与仿真分析结果基本吻合,为成圈机构的优化设计提供了理论分析方法。 In terms of the lack of domestic research on system dynamic model of double warp knitting machine,and the relatively low motion stability as well, the modeling and simulation analysis of the double needle bed warp knitting machine knitting device was established. Based on the structural characteristics and movement of knitting device, adopting the elastic dynamic analytical method, this paper used Solid Works to establish knitting device entity model, and combining with Ansys finite element analysis technology, the paper also made the mechanism analysis and motion simulation of knitting device. The displacement, velocity and acceleration curve of needle linkage were obtained, which were validated by experimental tests. The results show that the measured change of latch needle movement curve is consistent with the simulation analysis result, which provides a theoretical analysis method for the optimization design of knitting device.
