用于纯棉针织物数码印花的树脂预处理工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以低甲醛树脂DM-3510为棉针织物数码印花的预处理剂,开发了纯棉针织物活性染料墨水数码印花工艺。考察了低甲醛树脂DM-3510用量、烘干温度、汽蒸时间对印花效果的影响,并与纯棉针织物常规活性染料数码印花常规工艺进行了比较。结果表明,树脂预处理工艺的最优条件为低甲醛树脂DM-3510用量为120 g/L、催化剂C-8用量为30 g/L、烘干温度为80℃、汽蒸时间为10 min;此时印制后织物的耐摩擦色牢度略高于常规工艺,且织物获得了很好的防皱效果。 Using low formaldehyde resin DM-3510, this paper developed a cotton fabric reactive dye ink digital printing pretreatment process. The dosage of low formaldehyde resin DM-3510, drying temperature and steaming time on the printing effect were investigated by comparing with the conventional reactive dye printing process of cotton fabric. The results show that the optimal process of the resin pretreatment is that the dosage of DM-3510 is120 g/L, the dosage of catalyst C-8 is 30 g/L, the drying temperature is 80 ℃, and the steaming time is 10 minutes. At this time the fabric crocking fastness is slightly higher than the conventional process, andthe fabrichas good wrinkle resistance.
