莫西沙星联合痰热清治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床效果观察

The clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with moxifloxacin injection in treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia

目的观察莫西沙星注射液联合痰热清注射液治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床效果及安全性。方法将70例老年CAP患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组予以莫西沙星注射液联合痰热清注射液静脉滴注,每天1次;对照组仅给予莫西沙星注射液静脉滴注,每天1次,2组疗程均为10 d。观察2组患者的临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组痊愈率为68.6%,总有效率为94.3%,均高于对照组的痊愈率48.6%、总有效率77.2%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组细菌清除率为85.2%,高于对照组的65.4%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为11.4%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫西沙星注射液联合痰热清注射液治疗老年CAP疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection combined with moxifloxacin injection in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia. Methods 70 cases of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given Tanreging injection combined with moxifloxacin injection while the control group was given moxifloxacin injection one time per day. Treatment course was 10 days for both groups. The clinical efficacy, bacterial clearance rate and the adverse reaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In obeservation group, the cure rate was 68.6% and the total effective rate was 94.3%, which were higher than that of control group with the cure rate was 48.6% and effective rate was 77.2% respectively（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatments, the bacterial clearance rate for observation group is 85.2%, which is higher than that of 65.4% in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.3%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 11.4%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Tanreging injection combined with moxifloxacin injection in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia is an effective and SATE .
