耳周穴位注射治疗训练所致爆震性耳聋的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of explosive deafness induced by acupuncture at the ear

目的观察爆震性耳聋患者采用耳周穴位注射治疗的临床效果。方法将爆震性耳聋患者150例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组采用常规激素等药物治疗,观察组接受耳周穴位注射治疗,15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后比较2组患者的治疗效果及不良发应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。因观察组未全身应用激素,因此对全身其他器官未造成损害,尤其适用于骨质疏松、胃肠道疾病、高血压、糖尿病患者的爆震性耳聋的治疗。结论耳周穴位注射治疗训练所致爆震性耳聋临床效果良好,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ear acupuncture injection therapy on patients with explosive deafness. Methods The 150 cases of explosive deafness patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 75 cases for each. The control group adopted with conventional treatment and the treatment group received ear acupuncture injection therapy, 15d for a course of treatment. The treatment and adverse reaction effect of the two groups was compared be- fore and after treatment of two courses. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, which was higher than that of control group with effective rate of 73.33% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Due to no systemic use of hormones, the body of other organs did not cause damage, therefore, the ear acupuncture injection method is especially suitable for curing explosive deafness for pa- tients who had the osteoporosis, gastrointestinal diseases, hypertension, diabetes. Conclusion The clinical effect of ear acu- puncture injection in the treatment of explosive deafness is remarkable and it is worthy of clinical application.
