血液microRNAs检测对胰腺癌诊断价值的Meta分析

摘要 目的评估血液检测microRNAs(miRNAs)表达水平对胰腺癌临床诊断的价值。方法利用软件(Endnote/NoteExpress)和网页检索Pub Med、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库等获取miRNAs在胰腺癌患者血液中表达水平的相关文献,采用QUADAS评价系统对纳入文献进行质量评定;用Stata 13统计学软件对纳入数据进行Meta分析,获取miRNAs诊断胰腺癌的灵敏度、特异度等。结果经过严格的纳入与排除条件,共筛选出7篇符合研究目的的高质量文献,7篇文献共涉及研究人数1801例。所有纳入文献的合并灵敏度、特异度分别是78%和77%,综合受试者工作特征曲线(SROC)下面积(AUC)为0.85(95%CI 0.81~0.87),诊断比值比(DOR)为12(95%CI 8~19)。结论血液中miRNAs可作为诊断胰腺癌的分子生物学标志。 Objective To evaluate the expression levels of blood microRNAs (miRNAs) of Pancreatic in clinical diagnosis. Methods The Software (Endnote/NoteExpress) and PubMed, CNKI, etc, were used to select references on miRNAs in pancreatic cancer. The expression levels of miRNAs obtained from articles in the blood of patients with pancreatic cancer. The QUADAS evaluation system was used to assess the quality of included studies; and Stata 13 statistical software was used to analyze the data to get the sensitivity, specificity of miRNAs in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Results With strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, seven high - quality documents met the purpose of research. All of the eight documents involved a total number of 1801 cases. All included studies combined sensitivity and specificity are 78% and 77%, the area under the curve (AUC) of the summary receiver operating characteristic curve (SROC) is 0.85 (95% CI 0.81 ~0.87), diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) is 12 (95% CI 8 ~ 19). Conclusion The miRNAs of the blood can be used as biomarkers of pancreatic cancer.
