社区居民金融需求的现状分析——基于大安市祥和社区的实证研究

Analysis on the Current Situation of Community Residents' Financial Demand——An Empirical Study of Xianghe Community in Da'an City

随着我国经济不断发展、个人财富增加,社区经济逐渐成为繁荣我国城乡经济的重要经济形态,因而以社区居民为主要客户的个人金融业务在金融业务中地位突显。我国社区金融相关产业及现有的服务内容仍无法满足中小企业和社区居民金融需求。了解社区金融实际情况、审慎探讨具体问题、运作模式,提出有意义的社区金融发展策略,对解决社区居民金融需求、开展多元化、多层次化的社区金融工作具有重要意义。

Through the actual visit and questionnaire survey, the author makes an analysis of the current situation of the financial needs of the residents,This paper probes into the factors that influence the residents＇ financial demand from two aspects of the residents themselves and the financial institutions,Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the needs of residents＇ financial products and services.
