催化重整分馏塔的控制分析

摘要 针对分馏塔的控制要求,在保证产品质量的同时产品回收率应尽可能大,以催化重整装置中重整油塔和苯塔为例,探讨分析了单一的热量平衡控制、热量平衡-物料平衡控制、改进型热量平衡-物料平衡控制和温差-物料平衡控制,通过比较说明了各自的优缺点,总结了催化重整装置中的分馏塔各适用哪种控制方案。重点讨论了催化重整中广泛使用的热量平衡-物料平衡控制,结合实际应用,介绍了其控制过程,同时为克服其缺点,在控制方案中引入加法器,设计了改进型热量平衡-物料平衡控制,并给出了如何实现该改进方案的DCS组态框图,同时强调了在组态中应重点注意的事项。 In view of fractionating column control requirements, product recovery rate should be as high as possible with products quality guaranteed. Taking reformate column and benzene column in catalytic reforming unit as case, single heat balance control, heat balance-material balance control, improved heat balance-material balance control and temperature difference-material balance control are discusseckAdvantages and disadvantages are explained by comparison. What kind of control scheme is applicable to splitters in catalytic reforming unit are summarized. Widely used heat balance-material balance control in catalytic reforming is stressed. Control process is introduced combined with actual application. Improved heat balance-material balance control is designed with introducing summator in control scheme to overcome its shortcomings. Distributed control system (DCS) configuration block diagram is presented for implementing this improvement scheme. Key precautions in configuration are emphasized.
