摘要 烟气脱硫、脱硝、除尘环保装置技术的发展与应用对烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)提出了新的要求。通过对当前火力发电厂应用的主流CEMS测量技术进行了分析研究,阐述了典型CEMS的配置构成,分析和比较了CEMS不同检测因子适应于不同应用工况下的各类检测方法的优缺点,同时指出了业内CEMS数据采集监管环节存在的不足,针对火力发电厂CEMS运行维护中存在的几个典型问题,提出了应用于火力发电厂烟气新排放标准下的CEMS发展改进思路。 New requirements for continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) have been put forward with development and application of flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal environmental protection devices. Based on analysis and study on current mainstream CEMS measurement technology applied in thermal power plant, configuration of typical CEMS is expounded. Advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods of CEMS with different detect factors for different application working conditions are analyzed and compared. Deficiencies in data acquisition and supervision steps for industry CEMS are pointed out. Aiming at several typical problems in operation and maintenance of CEMS in thermal power plant, development and improvement ideas for CEMS under new emission standard of thermal power plant is proposed.
