城镇化带来少数民族人口的变动和迁移,一方面为了适应城市社会他们需要学习普通话和当地语言,另一方面人口迁移带来了语言使用人群结构变化和语言代际断层现象,这都对我国少数民族语言生态平衡产生一定的冲击。维护少数民族语言生态平衡,不仅要加强普通话的推广,保证不同民族之间实现有效沟通和交流,消除城镇化建设中劳动力转移的现实阻力。也要采取有效措施保护多样性的少数民族语言及地方方言,注重动态使用过程中的传承和保护。
