摘要
亚裔美国学生的高增长趋势和"模范少数族裔"的理论引起了学术界的普遍关注。相较其他族裔而言,这一群体具有明显的比较优势,在学业成就、身份认同、家庭背景等方面体现出"亚洲性"群体行为特征。分析这些特征及其对民族教育发展的影响,可对我国民族教育在教育公平原则和多元文化政策的确立及具体实施上提供重要的借鉴意义。
The rapid growth trend of Asian American students and the idea of "Model Minority" have aroused wide attention in the academic circles. Compared with other ethnic groups, this group has obvious comparative advantage and reflects the "Asian" group behavior characteristics in academic achievement, identity recognition, family background and other aspects. The analysis of these characteristics and influence on the development of national education can provide an important reference for the establishment and implementation of the educational equity principle and multicuhural policies in China.
