孔缝腔体对雷电波屏蔽效能的特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对雷电波通过传输线在不同孔缝屏蔽腔内对电子设备造成损坏等问题,通过对孔缝屏蔽腔体屏蔽效能的理论分析,并采用(impulse current generated system,ICGS)雷电冲击平台模拟8/20μs波形的雷电流,对不同孔径的屏蔽腔体进行试验分析。试验表明:金属屏蔽腔体对1.75 GHz雷电电磁信号的屏蔽效能与2.5 GHz的雷电电磁波相比,其屏蔽效果更好;当屏蔽腔体表面的孔缝直径为30 mm时,腔体对雷电电磁波的屏蔽效果最好,范围为16.5 dB^18 dB,且当雷电波的波长大于其截止波长时,屏蔽腔体对雷电电磁波的屏蔽效果最佳。为腔体防雷工作提供了理论依据及数据参考。 According to the lightning wave through a transmission line in different aperture cavity damage problem of electronic equipment, theoretical analysis of shielding effectiveness of the shielding cavity with apertures, and using Impulse Current Generated System (ICGS) lightning impulse simulation platform 8/20 ~s lightning current waveform, to test and analyze the shielding cavity with different aperture. The experiment shows that compared with 2.5 GHz signal lightning electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of metal shielding of 1.75 GHz lightning electromagnetic signal, the shielding effect is better; when the surface of the shielding cavity aperture diameter is 30 mm, cavity on the shielding effect of lightning electromagnetic wave the best range is between 16.5 dB-18 dB, and when the lightning wave is greater than the cutoff wavelength when the lightning shielding effect of shielding electromagnetic wave of the best. It provides a theoretical basis and data reference for the work of the cavity.
