摘要
三醋酸纤维素酯(TAC)薄膜因其优异的光学特性和较强的机械强度成为偏光片生产中不可或缺的关键原材料,但TAC薄膜因生产配方中含有氯元素及生产工艺设计缺陷导致氯元素在900ppm以上,不符合欧盟氯元素标准IEC61249-2-21,氯元素控制在900ppm以下。本文通过系列试验,从生产配方和生产工艺方面探讨了几种降低TAC膜中氯含量的方法,几种方法搭配使用使TAC薄膜中氯含量显著降低。
Three cellulose acetate (TAC) films because of its excellent optical properties and strong mechanical strength has become a key raw material in the production of an indispensable polarizer, However, TAC film due to the production formula containing chlorine and production process design defects lead to chlorine above 900ppm, does not comply with the EU standards of chlorine, chlorine control in IEC61249-2-21 the following 900ppm. In this paper, several methods to reduce the chlorine content in TAE film were discussed from the aspects of production formula and production process. Several methods were used to reduce the chlorine content in TAC film significantly.
