摘要
联合办学是抗战时期大学赖以生存和发展的普遍方式。国立西北联合大学的组建及其学科发展,在抗战时期乃至中国近现代高等教育发展史上具有重要地位。西北联大及其分立五所院校实行合作办学,不仅保存和发展了原有的学科资源,而且创造了西部高等教育较完整的学科体系。其办学成就表明:学科积累是大学学科建设与发展的重要基础;学科建设需遵循科学研究和人才培养的客观规律;师资是学科建设的主体,学科与学人之间具有互动关系;大学学科既相对独立又要协同发展,共同为培养创新人才和科学研究提供更好服务。
Universities get united during the anti-Japanese war prove effective for their survival.The National Northwest United University plays an important role in the development of modern Chinese higher education,combining five institutions and establishing its unique curriculum.This proves that the curricular accumulation is the crucial foundation of a university development.Curricular construction ought to comply with the scientific and educational rules.While teachers are the principal component of a university where learners and subjects enjoy a relatively interactive relationship,its independent and collaborative subjects may help with the creative education.
