摘要
合作教学是以教师之间相互合作为基础的一种富有创意和实效的教学模式,是促进教师专业发展的途径之一。大学教师职业的创造性、社会性与集体性等特点,决定了合作教学对于大学教师专业发展的重要性,其价值在于整合教师专业特长,形成合力,提升教学技能;增进教师之间思想情感交流,形成良好的专业情意;推动教师科研能力发展,提高社会服务能力。提升大学教师合作教学理念;建立自主、平等、信任的合作教师团队;把握合作教学要领,设计切实可行的合作教学活动等是促进大学教师专业发展的有效策略。
Cooperative teaching is a creative teaching mode based on the mutual cooperation of teachers,as an approach to teachers professional development.The creativity,sociality and collectivity determine the cooperative teaching,whose value it is to integrate the teachers' professional skills,form a joint force,improve teaching skills,enhance the exchange of ideas among teachers,form a good professional affection,promote the development of teachers' scientific research ability,and improve the social service ability.
