丝肽电渗析工艺优化

摘要 通过改变丝肽料液浓度、pH以及电渗析的输出电压等因素进行丝肽电渗析脱盐条件优化实验。结果发现:通过稀释料液质量浓度可提高丝肽回收率,但同时增加了物料的总体积,降低了生产效率;调节丝肽料液pH至等电点,可缩短电渗析脱盐时间,适当提高样品回收率;降低电渗析输出电压,亦可提高样品回收率,但是脱盐速率也会相应降低。丝肽生产中,可以通过适当调节pH和电渗析电压的方法来提高脱盐效率及样品回收率,且不增加后续处理量。 The optimum eomlitions for the eleetrodialysis desalination of silk peptide were analyzed by changing the hydrolysate concentration, pH and the output w^ltage of eleetrodialysis. Results showed that the recovery rate of silk peplide could be improved by diluting the concentration of silk peptide hydrolysate, but the hydrolysate volume was increased and the productivity was reduced. Adjusting the pH of hydrolysate to the isoeleetrie point could shorten the desalination time and improve the recovery rate of silk peptide. Reducing the output vohage could also improve the recove^3' rate. but the desahing rate per unit time would be reduced accordingly. In the production of silk peptide, the desalination efficiency and silk peplide recovery can be improved by properly adjusting the pH and electrodialysis voltage, without adding the hydrolysate volume of subsequent processing.
