摘要
以色列阿什杜德港Q28码头为高桩码头,桩基采用钢管桩的结构形式。现场存在装配式移动平台施工工序繁多且沉桩精度难以控制、浮式施工平台抛锚定位受限、顶升式平台移位窗口期少等技术难题。通过对传统施工工艺的深入分析,创造性地采用步履式顶推平台施工工艺,有效解决现场技术难题,保证Q28码头桩基的顺利实施。
No. 28 Quay of Ashdod Hadarom new port is a steel pipe pile foundation of high piled wharf.Site construction should face technique issue of the wide variedly construction procedure of fabricated mobile platform, the pile driving precision control, floating platform anchor limited anchor position and the limited window period of Jack-up platform moving.Through the deep analysis of traditional construction method, we creatively adopt hydraulic moveable platform, which can solve the site technique problems and ensure No. 28 Quay pile driving smoothly.
