摘要
小麦是中国主要的粮食作物,小麦生产的可持续、均衡发展对保障国家粮食安全、社会稳定具有重要的意义。由于市场、资源环境等因素的影响,使得小麦增产与小麦生产主体的收益最大化目标并不总是一致,小麦种植效益的高低直接影响小麦生产主体的生产决策。山东省是中国小麦主产区之一,近年来由于生产成本的快速增长小麦种植收益有所下降。基于对2007—2015年山东省小麦生产成本收益的变化情况和影响因素的分析,提出了山东省小麦生产发展的相关建议。
Wheat is the main grain crop in China. Maintaining the sustainable and balanced development of wheat production has always been significant to ensure national food security and social stability. As a result of influence of market, resources, environment and other factors, increasing wheat production is not always consistent with the goal of maximizing profit of wheat production subject, and wheat planting profit directly affects the production decision of wheat production subject. Shandong province is one of the main wheat producing areas in China, in recent years, due to the rapid growth of production cost, the planting income of wheat has declined. Based on analyzing cost-benefit of wheat production and its influence factors in Shandong province from 2007 to 2015, the authors put forward some suggestions on the development of wheat production in Shandong province.
