中国远洋渔业海外投资现状与前景展望

Status Quo and Prospect of Overseas Investment of China's Pelagic Fishery

加快实施渔业"走出去"战略、扩大远洋渔业海外投资是拓展渔业发展新空间、推进渔业现代化的重要战略举措。近年来,中国远洋渔业企业境外投资力度加大,对外贸易合作日益频繁,中国远洋渔业海外投资呈现出一些新的特点和共性问题。基于未来远洋渔业海外投资发展潜力的分析,从优化调整投资结构、提高企业自身实力、提升政府综合服务能力等方面提出了中国远洋渔业海外投资发展的建议。

Speeding up the implementation of＂go global＂ strategy and expanding the overseas investment of the pelagic fishery are the important strategic measures to expand the new space for the development of fisheries and promote the fisheries modernization. In recent years, the overseas investment of China＇s pelagic fishery enterprises has increased, the foreign trade and cooperation have become increasingly frequent, and the overseas investment of China＇s pelagic fishery presented some new features and common problems. Based on the analysis of the development potential of overseas investment of pelagic fishery, the authors put forward some suggestions on the development of overseas investment of China＇s pelagic fishery from the optimization of the investment structure, improving enterprise＇s own strength, enhancing the government＇s comprehensive service capability and others.
