文化产业集聚对绿色经济效率的影响——基于动态面板模型的实证分析

Dynamic panel data modeling of the effects of cultural industry clusters on green economic efficiency

转变经济增长方式是当前发展绿色经济的重要途径,而文化产业是典型的绿色经济,它在增加就业、促进经济结构转型方面越来越彰显绿色经济的独特优势,正成为实现经济可持续发展的重要突破口。本文采用2000-2013年中国30个省市自治区的面板数据,运用系统广义矩(SGMM)方法,实证检验文化产业集聚对绿色经济效率影响的动态非线性关系。研究发现,在加入能源强度、经济发展水平、对外开放水平和城市化水平等控制变量后,文化产业集聚对绿色经济效率产生了更显著的先抑制后促进的非线性关系,两者之间呈现出一种"U"型曲线关系,目前文化产业集聚抑制了绿色经济效率的提高。显然,需要更全面考虑其他因素来协同推进文化产业集聚提高绿色经济效率,当前更应该着力促进二者发展升级来实现共赢。

The transformation of economic growth patterns is currently a very important approach to realizing the green economy in China. In addition, the cultural industry is a typical green economic sector which not only plays a significant role in increasing employment rates and pushing forward development processes, but also can become a breakthrough to maintain sustainable development. In reality, the key to green economic development lies in improving green economic efficiency and changing the transformation of economic growth patterns and increasing the quality of economic growth. Here, we studied how to improve green economy efficiency under resource and environmental constraints and whether the cultural industry clustering can improve green economic efficiency. Using the SYSGMM estimation method and panel data for China＇ s 30 provinces from 2000 to 2013, we analyze the dynamic impact of the culture industry cluster on green economic efficiency. We found that the culture industry clustering can have a nonlinear effect on green economic efficiency after introducing the four control variables of energy intensity, economic growth, the level of opening and urbanization level. Green economic efficiency is a U-shaped function of the culture industry cluster. In other words, green economic efficiency tends to weaken firstly and then strengthen as the culture industry cluster grows. In addition, the culture industry cluster can repress improvements in green economic efficiency. Therefore, in order to improve green economic efficiency, other factors should be considered to synergistically accelerate culture industry clustering. Upgrading and development between culture industry clusters and green economic efficiency is a win-win situation.
