目的 组建一支高素质的护理人才队伍以高效应对日益增多的紧急突发医疗卫生事件.方法 通过理论考核、面试和情景模拟下的操作考核,遴选出专业素质过硬、应急能力强的护士组建成全能护士队伍,并对其进行夯实基础、强化专科、持续拔高的分阶段培训,全方面提升全能护士的素质.结果 经过严格筛选和培训的全能护士专业能力强,对突发、急症、重症及突增大量患者能够冷静应对,及时处理,在汶川地震、玉树地震、天津8·12特大火灾爆炸事故等重大护理应急任务中发挥了不可替代的作用,受到了医师、患者、家属及社会的好评.全能护士队伍的组建对其成员及非成员均起到了良好的激励作用.结论 经过严格选拔和系统培训后的全能护士队伍能积极有效地应对各种突发、复杂状况,高水平完成护理任务,推荐应用全能护士的管理运行模式.

ObjectiveTo establish a versatile nurse team with high quality to efficiently cope with the increasing emergency medical health events.MethodsBy nursing theoretical test,interview and operational test under the scenario simulation,nurses with good professional quality and emergency capacity were selected to join the versatile nurse team. Systematic training were put into practice to comprehensively enhance the synthesis ability of versatile nurses.ResultsThrough strict selection and systematic training, the professional ability of versatile nurses was strong. They could deal with the sudden,acute,severe and increasing patients calmly and timely,and they played an important role in several public health events such as the earthquakes happened in Wenchuan,Yushu,and the great explosion taken place in Tianjin. Each time they showed remarkable professional ability and capability of dealing with complex status,and gained a good reputation among doctors,patients and their family members,and the society. Meanwhile,the establishment of versatile nurse team inspired the nursing staff in a positive aspect.ConclusionsAfter the rigorous selection and systematic training,the versatile nurse team can actively and effectively deal with all kinds of unexpected and complex conditions,as well as completing the task at a high level. We recommend the versatile nurse team to health institutions.
