外科手术后患者早期下床活动的研究进展

Research progress of early postoperative ambulation in patients after surgegry

术后早期下床活动是快速康复外科理念中3个关键技术之一,早期下床活动可以促进肠胃功能恢复,减少肺部并发症,提高患者的自我康复能力.本文综述了早期下床活动的概念,并从医护人员和患者的角度分析了影响术后早期下床的主要因素,为如何进一步实施早期下床活动提供依据.

Early postoperative ambulation is one of the three key techniques of fast track surgery,which can not only promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function but also can reduce pulmonary complications and improve patients′ self healing ability. The concept of early postoperative ambulation was summarized in this review and the main factors that can affect the early postoperative ambulation were analyzed from the view of medical staff and patients,which provide basis for further implementation of early postoperative ambulation.
