摘要
组织创新不仅是提高企业竞争优势和永续发展的重要途径,亦是技术创新的保障。本研究探讨组织创新与技术创新能力和企业绩效之间的关系,并分析组织创新是如何影响技术创新能力与企业绩效。通过问卷调查的方式收集珠三角200家制造业企业数据,采用结构方程模式分析,实证结果发现:组织创新对技术创新能力呈正向显著影响,即企业进行组织创新有利于提高其技术创新能力;同时发现技术创新能力之组织能力、策略规划能力对企业绩效呈正向显著影响,而学习能力、研发能力、资源运作能力、制造能力和营销能力对企业绩效影响不显著;技术创新能力对组织创新与企业绩效影响具有中介效果。
Organizational innovation is not only an important way to improve enterprise competitive advantages and sustainable developments, but also a guarantee for technological innovation. This research explores the relationship between organizational innovation and technological innovative ability as well as firm performances, and analyzes the way how organizational innovation affects technological innovative ability and firm performances. Data of 200 manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta have been collected by means of questionnaire surveys and analyzed by the structural equation modeling. The empirical results show that organizational innova- tion creates significantly positive effects on technological innovative ability, which means that an enterprise can benefit from organizati- onal innovation to improve its technological innovative ability. It is also found at the same time that organizational capability and strategic planning ability of technological innovative ability have significantly positive influences on enterprise performances; that its learning capacity, R&D ability, resources operating capability, manufacturing capacity and marketingability make unremarkable impacts on firm performances; and that technological innovative ability has a mediating effect on the impact of firm performances and organizational innovation.
