摘要
猕猴桃栽培历史相对较短,产业发展迅速但各环节发展不平衡,贮藏保鲜目前还是猕猴桃产业发展的一个短板。对影响猕猴桃贮藏的因素以及国内外猕猴桃贮藏保鲜技术进行了综述,并探讨了目前猕猴桃贮藏保鲜所存在的问题。
Kiwifruit has a comparatively short cultivation history, the kiwifruit industry developed rapidly but unevenly, and until now storage is still a ＂short board＂. This paper summarized the influence factors that may affect the shelf-life of kiwifruit, reviewed the storage techniques and discussed the problems on kiwifruit storage.
