邯郸地区昆虫病原线虫制剂防治韭蛆效果初探 被引量:3

摘要 田间试验对比了两种杀虫剂对河北邯郸市临漳地区韭菜韭蛆(Bradysia odoriphage)的防治效果。结果表明,施用昆虫病原线虫制剂和毒死蜱15 d后均能有效防治韭蛆,明显降低韭菜被害株率,保苗效果相同;施用昆虫病原线虫制剂和毒死蜱30 d后,昆虫病原线虫制剂被害株率低于毒死蜱,二者差异显著,昆虫病原线虫在长时间内保苗效果优于毒死蜱。结果表明,昆虫病原线虫制剂防治韭蛆优于毒死蜱,可以作为防治韭蛆的新药剂。 A field experiment was carried out to compare the control efficiencies of two insecticides against larva of Bradysia odoriphaga in Linzhang county of Handan. The results showed that,Both of entomopathogenic nematodes and chlorpyrifos preparations could control Bradysia odoriphage effectively as well as reduce the diseased rate obviously,and both indicated the same effect of conserving seedling after 15 d. The diseased rate of entomopathogenic nematodes preparations was below and significantly different from that of chlorpyrifos after 30 d,and the conserving seedling effect of entomopathogenic nematodes preparations was superior to that of chlorpyrifos in a long time. The experiment indicated that,the control efficiency of entomopathogenic nematodes preparations was better than chlorpyrifos against larva of Bradysia odoriphaga,and could be used as a new pesticide to control Bradysia odoriphage.
