三株产乳酸芽孢杆菌共生培养胞外代谢产物的活性与成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 对3株产乳酸芽孢杆菌共生培养产生的胞外代谢产物的活性与化学成分进行了初步研究,用杯碟法测定代谢产物的抑菌活性,用气相色谱质谱仪(GC/MS)分析代谢产物的成分。结果表明,3株菌共生培养产生的胞外代谢产物有抑菌活性,对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制作用强;胞外代谢产物中,4-叔丁基-2,6-二甲基-3,5-二硝基苯乙酮相对含量最高,为11.16%;其次是开司米酮(5.13%)和烯丙基苯酚(4.02%);初步确定的抑菌物质为烯丙基苯酚,芳香类物质为4-叔丁基-2,6-二甲基-3,5-二硝基苯乙酮和开司米酮。 The antibacterial activity and chemical composition of extracellular metabolites produced by the Lactic acid Bacillus strain SC,SL1 and TR on symbiotic culture were studied using the method of cup dish and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. The results showed that antibacterial substances existed in the extracellular metabolites produced by three Bacillus on symbiotic culture,it had strong bacteriostatic action to gram positive bacteria. In the extracellular metabolites,the 4-tert-butyl-2,6-dimethyl-3,5-dinitroacetophenone was the highest in the relative amount,for 11.16%, followed by cashmeran(5.13%) and allylphenol(4.02%). Allylphenol was preliminary identified as the antibacterial substances,4-tert-butyl-2,6-dimethyl-3,5-dinitroacetophenone and cashmeran were the aromatic substances.
