针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture plus Acupoint Sticking for Allergic Rhinitis

目的比较传统针刺配合穴位贴敷与传统针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效差异。方法将60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用传统针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用传统针刺治疗。治疗前后通过对症状分级评分标准分值统计,比较两组患者治疗前后喷嚏评分、流涕评分、鼻塞评分、鼻痒评分,同时对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组症状评分数值低于对照组(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论传统针刺配合穴位贴敷可以改善过敏性鼻炎的症状,且疗效优于传统针刺治疗。

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacies between conventional acupuncture plus acupoint sticking and conventional acupuncture alone in treating allergic rhinitis.Method Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was intervened by conventional acupuncture plus acupoint sticking, while the control group was intervened by conventional acupuncture alone. The symptoms grading scores were evaluated before and after the treatment to compare the scores of sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and itchy nose of the two groups, and the therapeutic efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group, significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group （P〈0.05）;after the intervention, the symptoms scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, indicating that the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Conventional acupuncture plus acupoint sticking can effectively improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, and its therapeutic efficacy is superior to that of the conventional acupuncture.
