摘要
对某大型城市客车转向机支架进行静力仿真分析,并在此基础上,基于Radioss求解器,结合试验所得的材料S-N曲线,在交变载荷谱的作用下对转向机支架进行疲劳仿真分析,并将仿真分析与材料分析、实际破坏情况进行对比。结果表明,转向支架的疲劳仿真分析与实际寿命具有较好的符合性。
The authors make a static slrength simulation analysis on the steering gear bracket of a large city bus. Based on this and the Radinss solver, they finish the fatigue simulation analysis on the steering gear bracket under alternating load spectrum combing with the tested material S-N curves, and eompare the simulation analysis with the material analysis and the actual damage condition. The resuhs show that the fatigue simulation analysis confirms well Io the practical life of the part.
