名中医辨治血瘀型失眠的规律探析

Research on Rules of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors in Differentiation and Treatment of Blood-Stasis Type Insomnia

目的:血瘀型失眠在临床上并不少见,但教科书及失眠中医诊疗规范中均未有提及,故以近现代名中医辨治血瘀型失眠的临床医案为依据,深入分析临床上血瘀型失眠的病因病机、遣方用药规律,构建诊疗方案,指导临床。方法:运用频数统计学方法对血瘀型失眠患者的病程、病因、症状、用药进行统计分析。结果:望诊在辨证血瘀型失眠的过程中起首要作用,包括望面色、舌质、双目等;血瘀型失眠的病因主要有思虑过度、情志不畅、慢性病、外伤;治疗上多以血府逐瘀汤为基本方,根据患者的症状进行加减化裁。结论:通过系统地梳理名中医临床诊治血瘀型失眠的理论知识和实践经验,发现了一定的规律,拓展了失眠的诊治思路。

A treatment scheme about blood stasis type insomnia was built to guide the clinic. Methods ： Frequency statistics method was used to analyze the course of the disease, etiology, symptoms and medication of blood - stasis type insomnia patients. Results：Inspection plays a primary role in the differentiation process, including observing complexion, tongue quality, eyes, etc. The causes of blood - stasis type insomnia are mainly excessive worry, bad emotion, chronic diseases and trauma. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is the basic prescription in the treatment. To increase or decrease the drugs according to the patients＇ symptoms. Conclusion：Through systematically analyzing theoretical knowledge and practical experience on famous traditional Chinese medi- cine doctors＇ diagnosis and treatment of blood - stasis type insomnia,it finds out a certain rule and expanding the way of the diag- nosis and treatment of insomnia.
