中医温法的《黄帝内经》溯源

Study of Warming Therapy based on Huangdi's Canon of Medicine

中医温法是临床上应用非常广泛的治法。文章从《黄帝内经》中有关经文的论述及温法的特点方面对中医温法进行追本溯源的研究。在《内经》中论述温法有两种适用症:寒证和劳损之证。后世医家对温法的发展和应用都不离《内经》的基本原理。《内经》中论述的温法与清代之后医家的论述是略有差别的,《内经》强调的是对温药的使用,后者强调的是针对寒证的治疗方法。临床上要首先辨清虚实,在明辨虚实的基础上论治,不可偏执温法,须将《内经》《伤寒杂病论》中的治法、治则灵活的应用于具体的病证之中。

The warming therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is a therapeutic method ,which widely used in clinic. In this paper, we track down the warming therapy＇s origin through the relative contents of Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine. In this book, the applicable diseases of this therapeutic method are cold syndrome and consumptive disease. The warming therapy in Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine is different from the exposition of practitioners of later generations. The practitioners of later generations aimed at the treatment of cold syndrome. Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine aimed at the use of warm medicine. The basic principle of Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine is extremely important for the development of warming therapy. Distinguish between the deficiency syndrome and the excess syndrome is the first principle in clinic.
