不同产地穿山龙活性成分与环境因子相关性研究 被引量:2

Study on Correlation between Contents of Active Ingredients in Dioscorea Nipponica Makino from Different Places and Environmental Factors

摘要 目的:分析不同产地间环境因子对穿山龙中活性成分含量的影响,确定影响穿山龙生长的主要因子以及对其质量影响的主导因子。方法:利用正交实验设计对总皂苷和多糖的提取方法进行优化,采用紫外分光光度法分别在波长为475 nm和495 nm处测定穿山龙中总皂苷和多糖含量。并用SPSS软件分析中的因子分析法分析其质量与环境因子的相关性。结果:与温度相关的环境因子(年均气温、年均地温、年极端最低气温)在四个公因子中方差贡献率是最高的。公因子3(年均风速、年日照时数)与穿山龙中总皂苷含量之间具有显著性,可拟合倒数模型,根据因子载荷量可得出,年均风速对穿山龙中总皂苷含量有显著影响。对于多糖来说,其含量与公因子4(年均风速、年日照时数、海拔、年均海平面气压)呈线性正相关,根据因子载荷量的数据可得,年均风速对穿山龙中多糖含量的影响具有显著性。结论:温度是影响穿山龙分布的主要因素。年日照时数相对较短和风速相对较小的地区总皂苷含量较高;风速相对较大,年日照时数相对较长,气压、海拔相对较高的地区多糖的含量相对较高。 Objective:To analyze the impact of environmental factors on Dioscorea active ingredient content of different origin and determine the impact of the growth of Dioscorea main factors and the dominant factors influence their quality. Methods : Use the orthogonal experimental design to optimize the extraction methods for total saponins and polysaccharide. Use ultraviolet spectro- photometry respectively at the wavelength of 475 nm and 495 nm of total saponins and polysaccharide content in Dioscorea Nippon- ica Makino. Use the factor analysis of SPSS software to analyze the correlation between the quality and environmental factors. Re- sults:Temperature dependent environmental factors (annual average temperature, annual average temperature, annual extreme minimum temperature) were the highest in the four common factors. Common factor 3 (annual average wind speed,sunshine in number) and the content of total saponins in Dioscorea Nipponica Makino were significant. According to the factor load capacity obtained, the annual average wind speed on the content of total saponins in Dioscorea Nipponica Makino had significant influence. For polysaccharide and its content and common factor 4 ( annual average wind speed, sunshine hours, altitude, annual mean sea level pressure) were linear positively correlated. According to the factor loading amount data, the effect of annual average wind speed on the content of polysaccharide in Dioscorea Nipponica was significant. Conclusion:Temperature is the main factor affecting the distribution of Dioscorea. The annual sunshine hour is relatively short and the wind speed is relatively small. The total saponin content in the area is relatively high. The wind speed is relatively large. The annual sunshine hour is relatively long. The relatively high altitude area is relatively high.
