痰证裸小鼠模型的建立及评价

Establishment and Evaluation of Nude Mouse Model of Phlegm Syndrome

目的:建立痰证裸小鼠模型,并对模型进行评价。方法:20只裸小鼠随机分为模型组和对照组,模型组(10只)采用高脂饲料喂养+寒湿刺激的方法制作痰证裸小鼠模型,对照组(10只)给予普通饲料喂养。两组均持续14 d。观察两组裸小鼠的一般情况,测量体重、饮水量、摄食量,测定血脂四项。结果:与对照组比较,模型组裸小鼠出现形体肥胖、嗜卧少动、行动迟缓、喜扎堆、大便黏腻不成形、小便黄及体重增长快,饮水量减少,摄食量减少等表现;血脂四项:模型组裸小鼠血清TC(总胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)含量明显高于对照组;两组血清TG(甘油三酯)含量无差异。结论:高脂饮食饲喂结合寒湿刺激的方法建立痰证裸小鼠模型是可行的,模型组裸小鼠符合痰证的特征性表现。

Objective ： To make and evaluate the nude mouse model of phlegm syndrome. Methods ： Twenty nude mice were ran- domly divided into 2 groups：model group and control group. The model group（ 10 nude mice） were given high fat diet and cold - wet environment intervention to set up the nude mouse model of phlegnl syndrome while the control group（ 10 nude mice） were fed with normal forage. After 14 - day continuous intervention, the general performance, weight, water intake, food intake and blood lipids were observed in all animals. Results ： Model mice exhibited typical syndromes of phlegm syndrome. They put up weight fas- ter with more sleepiness,lowered aetivities, more love for collective,loose stool, yellow urine and reduced water intake and food in- take. Blood lipids ： TC, LDL - C and HDL - C of model group mice appeared to be higher than that of control group. Conclusion ： Animals underwent intervention of high fat diet and cold - wet environment exhibited biological characteristics of phlegm syn- drome, indicating that nude mouse model of phlegm syndrome was successfully made.
