养老机构火灾智能安全疏散系统及SWOT分析

分析养老机构突发火灾事故疏散困难的主观、客观原因,提出建立突发火灾事故智能安全疏散系统。系统由中枢控制系统、可穿戴式智能终端和手持智能终端组成。启动方式包括自动启动和手动启动两种。中枢控制系统发出预警信号后,可穿戴式智能终端震动并闪光,提醒佩戴终端的老年人尽快疏散,手持智能终端显示屏显示定位点,便于看护人员协助疏散。运用SWOT分析法对系统进行综合性分析,明确其对养老机构突发火灾事故的安全疏散的积极作用,分析此系统推广的困难及未来发展方向。

Based on the analysis of the subjective and objective causes of difficulties in emergency evacuation of the fire, estab- lishment of an intelligent evacuation system was proposed. The system includes central control system, wearable intelligent terminal and handheld intelligent terminal. The system can be started automatically and manually. After the warn signal of central control system, the wearable intelligent terminal vibra ted and glinted to remind the aged to evacuate. The handheld intelligent terminal showed the position on the screen, for the assistant of evacuation by caregiver. SWOT analysis was used to analyze the system comprehensively and to make clear its positive effect on the emergency evacuation of the emergency organization, and also to make analysis on the difficulties and future development direction of the system.
