摘要
针对冬季寒冷地区粉煤气化装置采用封闭式厂房保暖的问题,借鉴火灾风险评估技术方法,采用Leak软件分析粉煤气化厂房可燃气体制备及输送过程发生泄漏的概率,采用PHAST软件分析有风及无风条件下可能产生的火灾及爆炸的影响范围及风险程度。通过系统化的危险识别技术,从工艺过程、环境管理、设备保障等方面提出安全对策。
According to the problem of warm keeping by closed workshop for pulverized Coal Gasification Plant in winter at cold area, considering the fire risk assessment technical methods, the software of Leak was used to analyze the probability of leakage of flammable gas during gasification and transportation,and the PHAST was used to analyze the influence scope and risk degree of fire and explosion. Through systematic risk identification technology, safety measures were proposed from process, environment management, equipment protection and other aspects.
