摘要
在微胶囊化红磷母粒和氢氧化镁复配体系中添加少量有机蒙脱土(抗滴落剂),研究阻燃剂配比与材料阻燃性能、力学性能之间的关系。采用熔融挤出方式制备无卤阻燃尼龙6阻隔防爆材料,并对材料力学性能、热稳定性、微观形貌进行研究。研究表明:当氢氧化镁和微胶囊化红磷的比例为3∶2时,协同阻燃作用最佳;阻燃剂总量为15%时,材料的阻燃等级达到UL94V-0级别;当加入1%的有机蒙脱土后,阻燃剂总含量由15%降低至14%,仍可保持阻燃级别为V-0。通过热失重分析发现,添加填料可以提高阻隔防爆材料的热稳定性;有机蒙脱土能够插层尼龙6树脂中,提高填料与基体间的相互作用力,具有改善阻隔防爆材料机械性能的作用。
The montmorillonite was added to compound system of microencapsulated Red Phosphorus masterbatch and Magne- sium Hydroxide to research the relationship between flame retardant ratio and flame retardancy or mechanical property of materials. The halogen free flame retardant nylon 6 explosion suppression materials were prepared by melt extrusion, and the mechanical property, thermal stability and micro morphology of the material were studied. The results showed that: when the magnesium hydroxide and the microencapsulation ratio is 3 : 2, it has the best synergistic effect; when the total amount of flame retardant is 15%, the flame retardant grade of the mate rial reaches UL94 V-0 level; when the organic montmorillonite was added to 1%, the total content of flame retardant was reduced from 15% to 14%, and the flame retardant grade was still V-0. It was found that the filler can improve the thermal stability of the barrier materials by thermogravimetric analysis; the organic montmorillonite can be inserted into nylon 6 resin and can improve the interaction between filler and matrix, which can improve the mechanical properties of nylon 6.
