摘要
为了研究过负荷导线对刨花的引燃能力,考虑了过负荷电流和过负荷导线埋深两个影响因素开展实体试验。实验结果表明:对2.5mm2的铜导线,过负荷电流为50A时不足以使刨花出现明火;电流大于等于100A的过负荷导线可以使刨花出现明火燃烧;当过负荷电流为100A,导线埋深大于等于2cm时,刨花堆持续阴燃不再产生明火燃烧。
In order to study the capacity of overloaded wires igniting shavings, a series of experiments were conducted in consideration of the overload current and the burial depth of overloaded wires. The results showed that the 2.5 mm2 copper wires with overload current of 50 A cannot ignite the shavings; with the overload current of greater than or equal to 100 A, the cop-per wires can ignite shavings; with the overload current of 100 A and burial depth of greater than or equal to 2 cm, the pile of shavings cannot be ignited and keep smoldering.
