回顾性分析麦克尔憩室患者并发憩室外肠道病变

Retrospective analysis of patients with Meckel's diverticulum concurrent diverticulum intestinal lesions

目的研究麦克尔憩室(Meckel’s diverticulum,MD)患者并发憩室外肠道病变情况,旨在指导临床早期诊断,降低误诊、漏诊率。方法收集2000年1月-2015年1月在中国人民解放军空军总医院消化内科住院并最终确诊为MD的患者102例,对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 MD患者中男性较女性多见,其中消化道出血为最常见的并发症,消化道出血39例(38.24%),肠梗阻31例(30.39%),麦克尔憩室炎17例(16.67%),肠穿孔13例(12.75%),合并其他畸形2例(1.96%)。结论 MD常并发消化道出血、肠梗阻、憩室炎等,提高对MD并发症的认识,有利于对疾病的早期诊断。

Objective To study the patients with Meckel＇ s diverticulum （MD） concurrent diverticulum intestinal lesions, to guide early diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients eventually diagnosed as MD from Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2015 in Air Force General Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results MD was more common in male than that in female. The most common complication was gastrointestinal bleeding, there were 39 cases （38.24%） complicated gastrointestinal bleeding, 31 cases （30.39%） complicated with small bowel obstruction, 17 cases （16.67%） complicated with Meckel＇ s diverticulitis, 13 cases （12.75%） complicat- ed with intestinal perforation, 2 cases （1.96%） complicated with other congenital malformations. Conclusion MD often complicates with gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, diverticulitis, and so on, improving the understanding of MD complications, that is conducive to early diagnosis of the disease.
